 **A few things to keep in mind**

  • Please attend all lessons and group classes; Arrive on time. If there’s a lesson scheduled before yours, come a few minutes early to use the restroom and get ready.

  • Put LISTENING and REVIEW on the top of your priority list. It might seem like the least important thing to do while practicing with your child, but these 2 things will help tremendously!!!

  • Mark your calendars accurately to include all studio events. Particularly, the dates where there are No Lessons or Group Classes.

  • If your child is too sick to go to school, they are too ill to have a lesson. A virtual lesson is a viable alternative if given proper notice. Please do not come to your lesson if your child is sick.

  • Please set all electronic devices to vibrate or silent mode.

  • Consider emailing to set up a meeting time, in person or on the phone, to talk about sensitive issues.

Please be patient with your child if this is the case. All solos and group recitals will take place throughout the year. The dates, although subject to change, are as follows;

  • Nov 2: Fall Solo Recital

  • Dec 15: Fall Group Recital

Parent Education & Support

A parent forum will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. All parents are encouraged to attend. It is strongly suggested that parents read Nurtured by Love and Ability Development from Age Zero by Dr. Suzuki. Also, Parent-Teacher Conferences can be scheduled Tuesday–Friday, 10 am - 1:00 pm to discuss progress and or talk about any issues that have come up during lessons.
